When I ran a lnd node I would just coinjoin to lnds wallet and then open channels.

i have some utxos mixing as a maker on jam, then when the opp arrives i just send a cj-out utxo to my lightning node on chain wallet, use it to open the channel, and send the change output from the open back to my jam wallet to get mixed.

If youre ok with command line you can directly send a joinmarket utxo to open a channel, or channels, with BOS. Takes one transaction instead of two. I do it with a Mynode setup whenever I need to. Works great!
