I was thinking maybe unfollow all the mainstream relays and just use the ones run by fedi people. But I tried that and found I could no longer receive updates from the dev of Amethyst.
Or filter out users with a LN address in their bio. But that would filter you out.
Or use word filtering.
client filtering would be helpful. there isn't full agreement between clients and relays about who filters what yet. iris.to wants to do all the filtering by keeping a big social graph database in the client. meanwhile, filter.nostr.wine is basically that except the relay does it
for you...
