It’s just impossible right?

Someone or something always wakes me up.

It’s crazy right.

Like I can sleep through almost anything.

But I’ve become hard wired to wake at a certain time.

I think primarily from my early morning work routine (10 years)

Well I read it is actually very healthy to wake up and go to sleep at the same time everyday. 🏆

Is there a reason for this?

I guess the main thing is that you are getting 7-8 hours of sleep 😴 if you are then I suppose you don’t need to sleep in.

I don’t remember the last time I for 8 hours of sleep 😂 😭
