Not unusual for BHB. Some years they didn't even release the lication of the venue until it was too late to find a hotel nearby. But other than that, it's mostly great. Make sure you arrive a few days early to get to the unofficial meetings. They're the best

I'm afraid I won't make it this year. Enjoyed 2023 very much, and since then I wonder if there is a place between prague and madeira. Honeybadger doesn't care I guess. Hoping for the live stream!
