Every post starts with some kind of protocol ("vmess" or "trojan") and the rest is a bas64 encoded string. When you decode it, you get the following json string(just one example):

I know that VPS are still being bought by people in internet restricted countries(China for eg) because popular VPNs sometimes are slower than a turtle and also these servers are stroked down regularly so it maybe possible that people are indeed buying.

That's awesome if nostr is actively used to omit censorship to buy access to VPS'es

I mean to be honest I’m not certain for this particular account but I can guarantee, as an expat in China, this method with vps instead of vpns is gaining more traction
