The VPS Shop pubkey got me intrigued. What is it? Do people buy VPSes through it? Who uses it? It has 10k+ posts but only 89 followers(on the relays I subscribe to, that is). Is it spam? Is it actually used by someone?

Every post starts with some kind of protocol ("vmess" or "trojan") and the rest is a bas64 encoded string. When you decode it, you get the following json string(just one example):

I know that VPS are still being bought by people in internet restricted countries(China for eg) because popular VPNs sometimes are slower than a turtle and also these servers are stroked down regularly so it maybe possible that people are indeed buying.
