Sovereign files are shared via BitTorrent and Tor, cult files are passed around hand to hand at face to face meetings
But Tor isnt decentralized
The Tor network is still decentralized even though the project development is controlled by an organization
So recently Monero exit nodes were compromised right? Decentralized.
I don't see any info about that but it wouldn't contradict the dectralization
There are only a small number of people willing to do due diligence to run safe relay nodes so the network is broken by malicious nodes filling it up
That can happen to a decentralized network in a world full of apathetic psychos
