So last night Blue Wallet built a multi signature transaction for me with NO change address.

Seedsigner fortunately pointed this out to me in its interface. So I did not broadcast this transaction.

Is this a bug in Blue Wallet (Android) or some kind of mistake on my behalf?

This was about a $10 transaction with a wallet that contained WAY more than that.

If I had broadcast this transaction I would have lost it all right?

How can I ensure that this doesn't happen again?

Thanks for letting us all know. Great question and one I'm sure many of us await the answer to.

It scared the $h!t out of me.

I used Sparrow on my laptop with no issues instead.

It's possible that bluewallet composed the transaction using inputs that resulted it no change, kind of like at the store when something rings up to exactly $10. Also possible Sparrow used a different combination of inputs that resulted in change. Can't say there's anything malicious going on without more evidence, but great on you for having such a sharp eye.

OK that's good to know. I hope that's the case. Either way, thank you for the warning screen about no change address in the Seed Signer interface.
