Dehydrate the tomato peels and turn them into powder.

"I used it in all my tomato base hot dishes or soups, etc. I also make taco seasoning out of mine with powdered jalepenos."

Is that when/before you puree the tomatoes?

I know you can easier peel tomatoes by using boiling water, is there a better way that you know of?

(You seem knowledged on this, those peels look so cleanly peeled 👀🧡)
