You know what really grinds my gears?

Having to provide KYC/AML verification to my insurance company in order to terminate the contract.

The issue is, they only accept the verification on written paper (not digital! 😒) and also only then, when it is signed and verified by either my bank, a lawyer/notary or a tax advisor.

Neither of those is available on the weekend 😑

So in order to get my money back I need to make an appointment, sign this shit and send it via mail (additional cost) to the insurance company.

This system is extortion, it needs to die as fast as possible!
