Nostr has more visibility but less traction, Social media has less visibility but more traction.

You can get your post seen more easily on Nostr initially but there’s no algorithm to boost it, whereas on social media your post won’t be visible to most people initially but if it gains traction then it gets amplified, and boosted pretty quickly.
