1. Raise awareness.
2. Encourage people that hash to point to Oceans and run Datum.
3. Dump stock in MARA, RIOT and other mining operations.
4. Run a Knots node to signal your concern

If major miners are going to accept direct submissions for NSTs then Ocean should also accept direct submissions for standard transactions so people can choose not to have their transactions mined by bad actors. I would submit all of my transactions to non spamming miners. Wallets could implement this quite easily if miners give a path for submitting. You could whitelist miners you like and blacklist ones you don’t support. If enough people choose to wait rather than pay a fee to Antpool it may negate any additional profits the NSTs bring in. It wouldn’t take much.
