It shows all the posts you are tagged in. Subscription starts once you open the inbox.

Does this explain the behavior or does something not work?

Another client is replying. Your reply will not be displayed in voyage. Many other replies are not displayed either.

There is no other problem.💯

It fetches only from your read relays and the replies have to actually tag you.
