How does one consolidate specific UTXOs without touching other UTXOs? If I have 10 UTXOs and I want #s 1, 4 and 7 to be “sent” to a new address…
That is coin control. Pretty much any self custodial wallet should have the ability to pick and choose which ones you use as inputs for a given transaction
For example, in bluewallet, if you hit send and then the three dots at the top right, you’ll see “coin control” in the dropdown where you can freeze/unfreeze or choose (or not choose) each utxo present for that wallet
