Its a good attack but the crypto bros can't fake their energy on Bitcoin so they either pay up in fees or they capitulate to the real demand on the Bitcoin network coming from plebes who actually want to use it for transactions

I know that is the theory. But those fees are a small price to shutdown the network to make people lose confidence. If more major exchanges halt btc becausr of this that is a big deal IMO. Could be wrong of course. I could see a nation state do this

On ETH people where ok with paying $1k+ transaction fees so were going to win the exchanges are just trying to FUD us
