If it was focused on Whites, I could accept that as The Only Answer, but it's not. They move these fucks around to every single nation they possibly can. Niggers in Japan, China, Korea, Vietnam, etc. Beaners and pajeets shoved everywhere. This has to be aimed at more than just Whites.

Make the Host People weaker, always weaker, seems to their genetically programmed Prime Directive. You could also view it as an alien life form remaking every environment on Earth to be as similar as possible to the multiracial morass which gave it birth.
