Is there any reason behind certain number below?

1. Block reward start at 50 BTC

2. Halving every 210,000 blocks

3. Difficulty adjustment every 2016 blocks

Why that number. Why not other number.

Is the number that Satoshi is targeting is the 21 million, hence block reward and halving block interval have to be those 2 number

Or is 21mn is just happen to be the outcome of block reward start at 50 with halving every 210,000 blocks
