Perfect! Yup that is my understanding. .. Getting some form of utxo ownership to ~8 billion ppl seems a way off though :(..

An uncle Jim model seems the best way, so far..

What do you see as a potential solution here?

I think more scalability solutions will be created when they are needed.

It can be hard to build for a future that doesn't exist yet. But nothing gets devs building like a full mempool with high fees!
