Knocking out a quick legs, chest, bi’s and some hanging knee raises for core. It’s a little chilly outside so me and my cold blood self won’t be doing cardio today ….

Nice work! You usually go running outside ?
Used to run a lot. Mainly walking with the misses now. I did go out a few days ago just to see if I can still run a mile. Lol. :) I did it. We live in a very hilly neighborhood so that was a challenge. But it made me realize that I do miss it - especially running trails.
How about you?
I used to run alot in University and a bit before and after. That was my main activity, along with weight training. But I found that I wasn’t being consistent in the winter. Especially with the iced sidewalks and the temperature. I switched to cycling inside on a spinning bike. Easier to stay consistent and easier on the knees.
