Now that I’ve seeded the house with some tower busters, I’m sleeping way more deeply, and am generally less agitated. Can’t put any of that into some Harvard study. Just living it.

I went down the food rabbit hole in 2015 due to all sorts of “auto-immune issues” caused by my diet, and had to solve my “cure” for myself. I’ve never trusted any study since then. A guy named Vinnie Tortorich talking about the corruption of Harvard studies by big ag completely turned my life around.

No doubt. I actually am really looking forward to the destruction of the academia sham model of researching upon a Bitcoin standard.
