Interesting fact about Hidden Valley Ranch. When first formulated it was clear with black pebbles of pepper. They add titanium dioxide to make it white. I only know this because I knew the field food chemist who led the product development.

It used to be white because it was made with cream. Then big corporate production requires profit margins, so it isn’t food anymore.

Some people are, not this person. Homestead raised beef, pork, chicken, eggs, goat milk, cream, cheese and veggies here. If I need a chemistry text to decipher what it is, it isn’t going in this body.
