I don't understand why nobody I know ever shows up in the #Nostrudel user search results.

It's not even that they show up lower down the list; they aren't included at all, even though I typed in their username. 🤷‍♀️ And limiting to follows also doesn't help.

The results seem to be just random junk.

I don't understand why ever username search doesn't search the follow list first. That's probably who that person is trying to @.

Yup, lots of little things like this that can be improved across almost all clients. cc nostr:npub1ye5ptcxfyyxl5vjvdjar2ua3f0hynkjzpx552mu5snj3qmx5pzjscpknpr

Especially in tagging. Trying to tag Will or Pablo is mission impossible, today. 🤣

"Who is this... Will... you ask for? Pablo? Nope never heard of him. Can you give me some further hint...? 🤔"

This all works in #Damus - it’s interesting to see the difference in UX. I wonder if it’s largely down to the iOS vs android experience?

Well, Nostrudel is a web app, so it's the same, everywhere. The dev is just really busy with other stuff and we haven't cloned him, yet.

I found you very quickly.

Benefit of having a weird username and no fakes.

I thought WoT was in play on nostrudel to bring your most relevant contacts up to the top. God knows it helped me out when I needed to wade through the sea of Hodlxs out there.

No, I think that was Damus and Coracle.
