Hi. I have kidney stones, gallstone, acid reflux, urethral stricture and a potential colorectal cancer. I cannot afford the meds since I don't have money. I'm unemployed and never really did tried to work because of my problematic health issues and of my mental health issues. i really wanted to buy this one for my kidney stones cause I'm really scared of what the status of my kidney stones are now. i haven't followed up to the doctor yet. it's been like 2 yrs i think. If anyone has spare money, I could use a bit of help. pls help me by this one. thank you 🙏
