It’s terrifying, especially for boomers to accept because property has always been the most stable asset, but if you take inflation into account, and the carry costs involved in real estate, there are better long-term investment vehicles
I thought I was slick investing extra rental cashflow into bitcoin back in 2022. And that has done well.
But had I sold the house and put all that equity in bitcoin instead, I wouldve made so much more wealth and for way less of my time, energy and money.
Its like earning dimes when ya coulda made $20 bills.
Rental cashflow is outdated obsolete
It’s wild that’s such a historically stable. Asset class has been upended and now it doesn’t even keep up with basic inflation.
