If someone demands you act grateful that they built something for you, you probably should have paid them more.

Mmmm... Perhaps, but I could see the opposite as well. A narcissist thinking that they built something wonderful when in fact it sucks, customer service was terrible and they should be grateful they got paid at all. I see it in construction now and then.

Well, yeah, that too. I guess it's just a delta between real and perceived value.

Or, don't use them again next time.

They probably are the cheapest. Wear ear plugs or switch suppliers. 😂
