Can my wife delete her Nostr account? She created it but didn't keep nsec, so she needs to start again.

I use Amethyst. On Amethyst can go to back up keys and get nsec any time. Not sure if its as straightforward on other apps.
I use amethyst also. I'll probably get her to start again.
