Breathe in through the nose for a four count

Hold for a seven count.

Breathe out through the mouth for an eight count (tip of your tongue touching the ridge behind your upper row of teeth)..

Do a total of four times.

He says that doing this once in the morning and once in the evening might have a number of anti-depressant meds manufacturers looking for another product to sell.
