Depending on how far along you are with Atlas, you may want to put that down and pick up the fountainhead.

Atlas shrugged could be 1/2 its size. It’s a self-pleasuring work by Rands repeating the same ida over and over and over. Brutalizing the reader with the soft touch of a meat tenderizer on the brain, with little to show for it at the end.

The fountainhead on the other hand perfectly demonstrates Rands ideas of capitalistic individualism with few excess words, soaring to the heights of the architect Roarks own majestic works.
