If there is any way you might be able to take some time to help me that would be awesome, thankyou.

we've fixed that , what version you downloading?

I’m downloading from www.github.com/damus-io/notedeck/releases

I do see here it’s an Alpha version, I’m going to download from Damus website.

May be worth putting up a notice on the GitHub. Cheers

alpha is already a month old or so, we will have a new release soon, or you can download master.

Got myself on Purple and it's all installed and working. Shit looks good; much better than the gossip client.
