being able to choose your own algorithm on Amethyst, Primal, Nostrudel, Coracle, etc. is very powerful and unlike any other social platform out there across legacy social media. if you don't like Elon's algo or Mark's algo, you're not left with any other option. on Nostr, you have the freedom of user choice. you can use a wide variety of them, create your own, or use none at all.

Are there any tutorials on how to do this? I've seen it mentioned, but outside of Primal's Trending I don't really understand how to use them.
Primal's is the easiest by far to use. Coracle's is the most configurable. Nostrudel and Amethyst are not front and center but you can find them in just a few clicks or taps.

My algorithm is consume everything!!! So far nostr has been much more addictive than x ever was... I think it is the actual engagement you get here. Hope that doesn't go away as it grows up and puts on its big boy pants.

tap on the radio wave like button in Amethyst, the 4th button from the left. there's a Note Discovery tab. you can browse all of those to find a feed you like.
