Cut off fan leaves, hang upside down until stems snap, then manicure, cut off stem and place in mason jars. Rotate one week in jars, one week in paper bags. This is key. Watch the crystal come out. Do this for a month or even longer. Then keep in mason jars. Open occasionally and shake up so they don't develop mold. Will stay fresh for a couple of years
