** Ground Beef Recall Issued Nationwide Due to E. coli Contamination, 15 Cases Reported

The U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) has announced a nationwide recall of over 167,277 pounds of ground beef products contaminated with E. coli. At least 15 people have fallen ill after consuming the affected products, which were produced by Wolverine Packing Co. in Detroit.
