I am now pre-Alpha testing Ultramarine Linux v41. The screenshot is of the Flagship edition, which used Budgie Desktop. Budgie Desktop was first ported from Solus Linux, if I recall correctly.

Someone recently reminded me that Budgie Desktop's development is 10 years old. I don't know why I often feel it is newer than that. lol
