Good question. A system wide evolutionary process on the macro, but it also feels like something more specific this week that’s disturbing the ground. Getting lots of reports from all over and it’s personally quite intense.

Hmmm. I am not that sensitive probably to notice it that much. Just one night somewhat worse sleep but nothing terrible. Today felt better.
