800 nostriches are now following my notes and stuff transmitted over relays, so, as always, I’d like to celebrate this moment!

This time I’d like to try something new and really cool. Thanks to #[0] ’s Nostrgram we can now do bulk zaps. So I’m gonna test this zap machine gun and zap 21 sats to the first 800 notes liked by the nostriches I follow.

Now that’s a bit tricky as zap machine gun is a super efficient weapon that can easily leave you without ammo in no time. So i’m gonna use #[1] to set a budget of 16,800 sats to make sure I stay within my limit.

Did 71 zaps in under 2 minutes. Only noticed 2 failed zaps. I do need a new desktop to handle my Nostr experiments 😒. 2 minutes into the zapping process my laptop simply froze 😅.

So I guess the bottleneck is in most cases not the wallet or a client, but user’s hardware 😂

Anyhow, ~1500 sats were sent to my follows’ liked posts.
