Isn't it like 20 lines of code or am I misunderstanding? I have this in golang. I call it the republisher. Subscribes to all relays on nostr.watch the republishes to whatever relays you want. This is how I archive my notes and everyone's replies to them.
Just realized you mean you want it in a client, can't help with that
