Berbere-spiced stew beef in a sauce of sweet potato, lemon, and miso, with red lentils and a crispy pancake of fried tomato-pepper brown rice.

The pancake batter was very fragile and difficult to work with, but much more enjoyable to eat than the accidentally overcooked mush I used to make it 😅

This is a delicious sauce for beef and lentils; I have to do it again!
