Many will end up selling properties at a loss or they'll end up stuck with properties they can't afford. That's another huge danger of the fiat mindset: it encourages mass spending on dumb shit just so you can show off to complete strangers. I'd argue that New Yorkers are some of the worst citizens when it comes to this.
A few families in SoCal won’t move now because they’ll get hit with massive property and sales tax. Here in London and Essex, the housing market has definitely turned. Way too overpriced, in a way the universe is trying to help people. TPTB just won’t put btc in the news here. We aren’t even allowed btc ETF’s.
It's way more than a few. The housing market is definitely a mess because everyone got duped into believing that we genuinely recovered from the 2008 crash. So, people just went about their business and acted like nothing happened. Ignorance is bliss, no lessons learned, so they reverted back to the false belief that that is how a healthy economy is meant to function. I didn't know that about the ETFs.
