Does anyone use one or both of the Nostr profile backup services? One of them is called metadata.nostr.com the other is Nostrfied (or something similar)

I'm assuming if one were to restore their profile with one of these services it would restore everything thats in the profile itself? (followers, following and etc)

Just wanted to get thoughts or opinions on them.
