The Trump administration has presented Zelensky with a draft agreement proposing that the U.S. would gain access to half of Ukraine's rare earth minerals, valued at over $11 trillion.

This appears to be the condition for the U.S. to continue supplying weapons for Ukraine’s defense against Russia.
