no i can barely make an espresso
Espresso machiatto👀
Caramel Macchiato
Ingredients:
• 1 shot espresso (30 ml) or ¼ cup very strong coffee
• 1 cup milk (whole milk preferred)
• 1–2 tbsp vanilla syrup (or 1 tbsp sugar + ½ tsp vanilla extract)
• 1–2 tbsp caramel sauce
Instructions:
1. Heat and froth the milk (about 65°C / 150°F).
2. Pour vanilla syrup into your cup.
3. Add the steamed milk with foam into the cup.
4. Slowly pour the espresso over the milk foam to create layers.
5. Drizzle caramel sauce on top and decorate as you like.

Mocha
Ingredients:
• 1 shot espresso (30 ml) or ¼ cup strong coffee
• 1 cup milk
• 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
• 1–2 tbsp sugar (to taste)
• Whipped cream (optional)
• Chocolate syrup or shaved chocolate for garnish
Instructions:
1. Mix cocoa powder and sugar with 2–3 tbsp hot water to make a smooth paste.
2. Add espresso and stir well.
3. Heat and froth the milk.
4. Pour the milk into the chocolate-espresso mixture and stir.
5. Top with whipped cream and drizzle chocolate syrup or sprinkle shaved chocolate if desired.
