It's a gaslighting-style honeypot. They make the honeypot incredibly obvious by offering claims of privacy more than actual privacy advice, but the obviousness has its own purpose, it's designed to undermine your thought process and make you think "it must not be fake or stuff like this wouldn't keep being said all the time"
