what's exactly are you asking? we're already support sending to bip353. are you asking about receive? we first need to support bolt12 receive, bip353 will come shortly afterwards hopefully.

if I add the B to the address it comes invalid input

I thought this an standard specification for the address

or is this feature developed by phoenix.
