Cut open bars, review serials. I think since it's been since the 1970's most of it is gone. I would be willing to bet most of it has been pillaged.
My point is that regardless what the auditors say, regardless how they try to prove it, how many videos of politicians and celebrities biting it with their own teeth...
It can all be faked. And it can be faked more easily than most of the other things they successfully managed to lies to us about.
Given that, how can they possibly convince us beyond the reasonable doubt?
