Ray Peat was for prioritizing diary and shellfish ahead of red meat, but he was actually *pro* red meat and ate it multiple times a week.

Although Ray Peat diet is more aligned to what I feel best eating for the most part.

I’m not a fan of one size fits all diets

everyone processes food a little differently. It’s just not as simple as this diet is optimal for everyone.

blood work and genetics can tell you what your body utilizes best nutritionally and actually determining what is optimal for you as an individual.

Not easy to do but the actual data on your body provides the best pathway for optimization.
