Don't you actually have to have wealth to create a sovereign wealth fund? Instead of, y'know, a giant pile of government debt?
Well the USA has a lot of assets such as federal land. Honesty it’s not a terrible ideal to issue debt and acquire assets.
My guess it’s a structure to acquire partial ownership of foreign company who do business in the USA such as tiktok…

I can understand a “Strategic Bitcoin Reserve”. Kind of like owning gold. A nuetral reserve asset.
“Sovereign Wealth Fund” run by the U.S. Government sounds like “Current Administration’s Money Laundering Vehicle.”
Buy stocks in your son’s company, strong arm individual corporations to give equity to the govt as part of contracting process.
