smart n advanced nostriches can always pick 🧄 ☁️ use one or two relays from captjack's active shuffled list (free2join available best effort basis only)

no - issue will be from fact if following are not posting in those relays u pick not get quickl;y - but can always add keep such relays - best way if u think u didnot see anyone post for longtime go look in their relay

Not necessicarily random relays (though if clients have the option, then it essentially is random) say on your first day of nostr, you've found 100 relays yoh trust and want to publish to. You can send them anything you need so that your interactions and settings can still work across relays, but they just rotate out every so often. Whenever you change relays, broadcast the most current events that have your profile settings on them.
