You're planning for billions of users while ignoring what it takes to keep the thousands you currently have. Thats a bigger problem for you, sir. I have my family and friends phone numbers and all their other socials. I will have no issues getting their npubs when they have one. I'm sure there's a great use case for what you imagine here, but you're off base if you think this is a huge problem right now.
