Yes, this is a serious problem. There are a lot of posts from Mastodon/Fediverse users in the search results, but these users will not have any interaction with Nostr. I'm guessing they won't be able to receive Nostr's comments, retweets, and all of their interactions. There are tons of zombie accounts and content from Mastodon/Fediverse here, which is hugely damaging to #Nostr

If you have the mostr bridge relay in your list, you can interact with them.

I don't know which bridge relays there are. Usually large relays like nostr.band will broadcast all events. But I haven't seen any interaction with these bridge accounts yet. 👀

I would assume you see them cuz the normal relays do bounce em around once they are here. But for a user to interact back and forth, the user needs the mostr relay in the list.
