Old Google Maps. Tons of useful data, beautiful layers, lots of context. It worked amazingly well offline or with little data. Really well designed and engineered. Modern maps is still ok, but data is relevant based on trying to get you to buy stuff, information density is lower, and it seems like other interesting things like historical landmarks and such are penalized.
