Someday I wish to see in Zeus and Blixt the option to exchange liquidity using #peerswap from private channels with other Zeus or Blixt users.

For example:

- both users have a channel with Olympus or any other common LSP

- user A have 90% outbound liquidity in his Olympus chan and wants a 40% more inbound

- user B have 10% outbound liquidity in his Olympus chan and wants a 30% or 40% more outbound

- user A initiate a peerswap with user B of 30% of their liquidity (in and out), using the same common Olympus peer as "intermediary".

- both get the liquidity they need / want on their side.

- Olympus could charge a small fee for this service too, acting as an intermediary hop
